Fox Lake.

Fox Lake is one of the more boating-oriented communities on the Chain, and a lot of the homes here were built as seasonal lake cottages before being expanded into full-time residences. Siding and roofing take more weather exposure near open water, and that shows up in how often we're called for repair work rather than pure remodeling.

Deck and outdoor living projects here tend to be built around the water view first, everything else second.
