Gurnee.

Gurnee is one of the larger towns in our service area, built out heavily through the 1990s and 2000s around its retail and entertainment corridor. A lot of that first wave of subdivision housing is now old enough for its original kitchens, baths and windows to need a real update rather than a patch.

We also see steady demand here for basement finishing and additions as families outgrow the floor plans those homes were originally built with.
